This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes content and conduct that is not permitted on the Crowdify platform. It forms part of the Crowdify Terms of Service and applies to every User. About this Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (the "AUP") describes content and conduct that is not permitted on the Crowdify platform. It applies to every User — Attendees, Organisers, community admins, community members, vendors, and anyone else who uses the Platform — and forms part of the binding Terms of Service. A material breach of this AUP may result in any combination of: • immediate removal of the offending content or Event • Account suspension or permanent termination • withholding or reversal of payouts • reporting to law enforcement, AUSTRAC, the ACCC, the eSafety Commissioner, the OAIC, or other authorities • recovery of any costs Crowdify incurs as a result of the breach (including refund recovery and chargeback fees)

• violence, threats, harassment, stalking, bullying, hate speech, or unlawful discrimination
• terrorist content or other material captured by the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth) or the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth)
• sexual exploitation of children, child abuse material, or any content depicting minors in a sexual context
• non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") or other image-based abuse
• doxing or unauthorised publication of personal information
Restricted and regulated activity:
• unlicensed gambling, wagering, lotteries, sweepstakes, or games of chance
• adult sexual services (pornography, escort services, adult-only Events of a sexual nature)
• unlicensed pharmaceuticals, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, vaping products, or precursors
• firearms, ammunition, weapons, weapon parts, or weapon manufacturing tutorials
• unlicensed liquor sales (Events at which alcohol is supplied must hold the relevant state liquor licence; see Organiser Agreement section 10)
• tobacco and e-cigarette sales
• financial services, unlicensed investment advice, credit, securities, derivatives, or any "financial product" under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) — Crowdify is not licensed to host or facilitate financial-product offers, including any crowd-sourced funding offer under Part 6D.3A
• unlicensed medical or psychological treatment, including unlicensed cosmetic surgery, unproven medical claims, or "miracle cure" Events
• multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, or any business model where Attendees pay to access a "system" whose primary value is recruitment of further participants
Fraud and deception:
• Events, communities, or vendor listings that misrepresent the headliner, venue, dates, programming, capacity, accessibility, or any other material feature
• fake reviews, fake attendance figures, manipulated trust signals
• impersonation of any person or organisation
• phishing, malware distribution, or any attempt to compromise the security of the Platform or any User
• coordinated inauthentic behaviour (e.g. bot accounts, fake friend networks)
• ticket scalping in breach of state law or in breach of section 10 of the Crowdify Terms of Service
Intellectual property and privacy:
• content that infringes the copyright, trade mark, patent, design, performers' rights, or any other intellectual-property right of any person
• unauthorised use of music, video, images, or branding (including unlicensed use of music without an APRA AMCOS or PPCA licence at the Event)
• content that reveals another person's personal information without consent
• content that breaches another person's right of privacy or publicity
Other prohibited activity (incorporated from Stripe Restricted Businesses):
• Any business or content prohibited under the Stripe Restricted Businesses list (https://stripe.com/legal/restricted-businesses), including (without limitation) businesses in or doing business with Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics. The Stripe Restricted Businesses list is incorporated by reference and updated by Stripe from time to time.3
Prohibited Conduct on the Platform
You must not, in connection with your use of the Platform: • circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access control, payment, anti-fraud, anti-scalping, or anti-gaming measure • use the Platform's API or any automated tool (including scrapers, crawlers, headless browsers, or bots) to harvest data, create accounts, place purchases, or perform any action other than as a User would manually • reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Platform • overload, probe, or test the Platform for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation from Crowdify (security research disclosures are welcomed at legal@crowdify.com.au) • create multiple accounts to evade bans, manipulate trust signals, or take advantage of new-User benefits • self-fund your own Events (contribute as an Attendee to an Event you organise) — Crowdify automatically blocks self-funding via device fingerprint and phone-number match • use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial electronic messages in breach of the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) • use Attendee personal information for any purpose other than Event management (Organisers must obtain explicit opt-in consent for marketing — see Organiser Agreement section 7) • impersonate Crowdify, its staff, or any Verified Partner • attempt to redirect, defraud, or scam other Users (including off-platform payment requests, fake refund tickets, or "off-platform delivery" of digital codes)

Tickets and Resale
Tickets purchased on Crowdify may only be resold, transferred, or shared through Crowdify's own resale mechanism, at the original ticket price. The resale mechanism is described in section 6 of the Refund Policy. Listing a Crowdify ticket above the original price on any third-party platform (Gumtree, Facebook Marketplace, Viagogo, etc.) is a breach of this AUP and may also be a breach of state anti-scalping law. Crowdify may cancel tickets it identifies as scalped without refund, and may report scalping to the relevant authorities.
5
Community Content
Community admins and members must not post content that breaches this AUP. Community admins are responsible for moderating their own community in accordance with this AUP and may add stricter community-specific rules. Crowdify may remove community content, suspend community accounts, or close entire communities that breach this AUP. Crowdify does not pre-screen community posts but reviews reports promptly under the moderation procedure in section 17 of the Terms of Service. Direct messages are subject to the same prohibitions. Where a User reports a direct message as abusive or unlawful, Crowdify staff may review the message and take action.
6
Anti-Gaming and Anti-Fraud
Crowdify operates a number of automated and manual measures to protect Attendees and Organisers, including: • device fingerprint matching (we use FingerprintJS Pro to detect duplicate accounts and self-funding) • phone-number matching between contributor and Organiser • velocity caps on tier promotions • manual review of unusual activity • cooperation with Stripe's fraud-detection systems You must not attempt to bypass these measures. Suspected anti-gaming breach may result in: • rejection of contributions at SetupIntent creation (Stripe will reject the payment with a clear error) • Account suspension • reversal of any tier promotion obtained through gaming • score penalty of up to 25 points in the trust system • reporting to Stripe and to law enforcement where appropriate If you operate a legitimate Event but happen to trigger an anti-fraud signal (for example, you contribute to your colleague's Event from the office Wi-Fi), email hello@crowdify.com.au to request manual review.
7
Reporting
If you see content or conduct that breaches this AUP, please report it: • use the in-app "Report" function on any Event, community post, or profile • email hello@crowdify.com.au for general reports • email legal@crowdify.com.au for intellectual-property notices (see Terms of Service section 19) • email privacy@crowdify.com.au for privacy complaints (see Privacy Policy section 12) • in case of imminent harm, contact Australian emergency services (000) first; then notify Crowdify Crowdify will acknowledge reports within 2 business days. We protect the identity of reporters from the subject of the report wherever possible. We do not protect the identity of bad-faith or false reporters, who may themselves be subject to action under this AUP.
8
Cooperation with authorities
Crowdify will: • respond to lawful production orders, search warrants, subpoenas, and court orders served on Crowdify Pty Ltd in Australia • proactively report suspected child abuse material to the eSafety Commissioner and the relevant police service • report suspected serious crimes (terrorism, modern slavery, large-scale fraud) to police and to AUSTRAC where applicable • cooperate with the ACCC, ASIC, OAIC, AUSTRAC, and state and territory consumer-affairs and fair-trading agencies in their investigations Where we receive a lawful access request, we will respond to the extent legally required and will, where lawful and reasonable, notify the affected User in advance.

Changes to this Policy
Crowdify may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Where the change is material (for example, adding a new category of prohibited content), Crowdify will notify Account holders by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after an update is acceptance of the updated AUP.
